Sociologist and postgraduate in Constitutional Law and Political Science, I developed a very early passion for the world of communication which led me to guide my career towards that sector.
I have held various positions, particularly in corporate communication, external and institutional communication and public relations, specializing over the years in event management.
French by birth, I have spent almost my entire life in Spain, where I have developed my studies and later my professional career.
One day I left everything behind and decided I wanted to do something on my own. But what? It took me very little time to make clear what I wanted to accomplish. I enjoy drinking good wine in good company and preparing a dinner for my family or friends, setting a pretty table, discovering new restaurants, new flavors… Interests that I have inherited from my family since I was young. On the other hand, I love organizing events. It was not a matter of choosing, but simply of integrating both: my great experience in communication and organization of events, together with my huge passion for the kitchen and enthusiasm for the interesting world of gastronomy. This is how Cinnamon Events was born, a project in which I am focusing all my effort, enthusiasm and expertise, with the aim that our clients enjoy each of our events.

But it’s not all work. What I like the most is spending time with my two wonderful children. I love traveling. I am a voracious reader and I like music, especially singing.

I am an engineer passionate by new technologies and digital marketing, with a great experience in different sectors, which after working in various companies and positions in areas of Project Management, Marketing and Sales, one day I decided to join my two professional passions: gastronomy and the digital world.

Luckily, I found the perfect place: Cinnamon Events. A place where I have had the opportunity to contribute what I have learned in the past and what I keep learning and enjoying every day as if it were the first. I am very fortunate to be part of a project that is as passionate as it is Cinnamon Events where I have discovered unique places, flavors and experiences and met wonderful people that I have shared unforgettable moments with.

My commitment is to be able to contribute all my knowledge, effort and passion, always with the aim of providing each and every client with the best gastronomic experience of their lives.

Nanook is our pet. It was an abandoned puppy that was looking for a home and the Association of Animals without Luck put it in our path. As soon as we saw him we fell in love with him, so we adopted him and today he is part of our family and the team of Cinnamon Events.
He does not attend to any of our events (even though he would love too), but his company and affection is what we love and inspire us!
